KICK-START YOUR NEW CAREER IN TECH OR THE HEALTHCARE FIELD?

Tampa Bay TechHire provides FREE accelerated training opportunities aimed to help young adults 17 -29 years old in the Tampa Bay area discover and learn technology skills that are in demand by local businesses. The TechHire program offers training opportunities in high-growth industries and occupations critical to the regional economy – healthcare and information technology.  

Scholarship coverage includes tuition, lab and certification fees. These scholarships range from $1,000 to more than $3,000 depending on the program and funding availability.

  • Certified Medical Assistant
  • Pharmacy Technician
  • Medical Administrative Assistant

**Related occupations within these industries that are H-1B eligible may be added or subtracted based on employer demand and alignment with regional and statewide economies**

TechHire Information Sessions

If you have reviewed the information above, but still have questions, we invite you to attend one of our informational sessions. While you are not required to make an appointment to attend one of these sessions, we do ask for your timely presence. Individuals who arrive late for the start of a session will be asked to come back at a later session.
